She is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over a decade of experience advising corporates, family offices, investment vehicles, and multinational clients on complex cross-border transactions across the UAE, India, and the wider GCC region.
Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate structuring and governance, and general corporate advisory work. She regularly advises on inbound and outbound investments involving multi-jurisdictional structuring, regulatory considerations, and cross-border deal execution, with significant experience in shareholder arrangements and complex investment structuring for family offices.
Aparajita has extensive experience acting for leading GCC family offices on sophisticated investment transactions across renewable energy, financial services, technology, and public safety sectors. Her work includes structured equity investments, secondary share transfers, and cross-border investment structures.
Her practice includes private client advisory work, including wills, probate, and cross-border succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
In addition, she advises on employment, data protection, and regulatory compliance matters across the UAE and DIFC, including corporate HR governance frameworks for multinational clients and regulated entities.
Aparajita also has experience in IPO readiness and legal due diligence, including advising on transaction opinions in connection with UAE subsidiaries of large Indian conglomerates in preparation for public listings.
Her earlier experience in India includes advising on major cross-border transactions in the pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, infrastructure, manufacturing, media, and industrial sectors, including landmark mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.
